Recently, we were invited by our Sri Lankan client to visit our glass client in Sri Lanka. Our Sri Lankan glass customers are mainly located in Colombo. At present, Sri Lankan customers mainly purchase clear float glass and ultra-thin float glass sheets . We can sell to Sri lanka market 1.8mm clear float glass 5 containers per month .
When I arrived at Colombo Airport, my old friend Abu had been waiting for me at the airport for a long time. After we met, we quickly left the airport to go to their company. In the evening, Abu and their family and friends attended their dinner, which was very rich in local specialty cuisine
This is the hotel I stayed at that night, a luxurious five-star hotel. As their factory is 100 kilometers away from Colombo, we drove late into the night to reach the vicinity of the factory. My friend helped me book the best luxury hotel in the area .I can see this building is very nice it is like America White house . The building used very high qualiy Double glazing glass and laminated glass as their window and glass door .

This is a conversation I am having with my client in their factory office. Our client has a procurement demand for many different types of glass, including clear float glass
Pattern glass, mirrors, colored glass, and coated glass. Their monthly procurement volume is around 20 containers.
I know that some of our Indian or Korean customers can purchase up to 500 containers per month for clear float glass , which is a super large customer. After all, the market there is very big, but the Sri Lankan market is a small island, known as a tear in the Indian Ocean. Therefore, the market is small, and the demand is small. Whether our customers can purchase 20 containers per month is already quite good
Then I visited another customer of ours, who was an old customer of mine. I had already visited their factory once in 2019, and although they did not give me an order, we were still friends. I would often come to the customer's place to keep track of their needs at any time
I also visited many of our other old customers, although there may not be orders, I am sincere and always present to them. What customers care about and value, I will firmly remember that building trust is a long-term process. The development process of our company has also gone through various difficulties and setbacks.
